Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Traction, Distribution, SCADA, & MIMIC Panel Integration Expert is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties:

Lead the design review, installation, testing, and commissioning

of traction power supply systems, including substations, overhead contact lines/third rail, power distribution, and associated switchgear.

Oversee the implementation and integration of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and MIMIC panels

for real-time monitoring, control, and automation across all traction and power distribution equipment.

Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submittals

to ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines

(civil, signaling, rolling stock) to ensure seamless system integration and resolve technical issues.

Supervise on-site installation, inspections, and acceptance tests

for all traction, distribution, SCADA, and MIMIC panel systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational readiness.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality assurance, and environmental standards

, including the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and certification processes.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training

to project engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel on system functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Profile/Skills:
Graduate in Electrical Engineering 20+ years in rail related major infrastructure project/railway/ metro. Shall have experience of design and execution of AC traction system in at least two metro projects.
