Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
Own the complete architecture, development, and deployment of AI-driven voice and text platforms.
Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Oversee development of AI/ML features including LLM integrations, automation workflows, and RAG systems.
Ensure scalability, security, uptime, and performance across US-based deployments.
Guide AI/ML teams on RAG pipelines, conversational logic, and prompt engineering.
Hands-On Engineering
Actively contribute to the core codebase (Python/FastAPI/Node.js preferred).
Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging processes.
Experiment with LLM technologies and evaluate their use in healthcare automation.
Product & Delivery Ownership
Convert client requirements into technical specifications.
Oversee release management, QA, versioning, and DevOps pipelines.
Work with operations and client success teams to resolve technical issues.
Drive AI feature innovation including automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
Team Management
Manage and mentor an engineering team of 8-10 members.
Conduct sprint reviews, set coding standards, and ensure timely delivery.
Hire, train, and build a strong engineering culture.
Client-Facing Responsibilities
Join US hospital client calls to gather technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in technical presentations, demos, and POCs.
Handle full technical operations for the US business: integrations, infrastructure, and uptime.
Must-Have Technical Requirements
5-7 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Whisper, LangChain, and other LLM frameworks.
Proven experience building AI/ML systems and RAG pipelines.
Strong cloud deployment experience on AWS or GCP.
Expertise in Docker, CI/CD, API development, and backend architecture.
Experience building scalable SaaS or conversational AI products.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Good to Have
Experience with telephony/voice stacks (Twilio, Exotel, Asterisk, etc.)
