Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Vision Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and IT team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Product & Engineering Oversight Oversee the design, development, and deployment of products, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Manage the product lifecycle in close collaboration with Product Management and Design. Infrastructure & Operations Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all technology systems and infrastructure. Oversee DevOps, cloud architecture, data security, and IT operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals. Serve as a key technology advisor to stakeholders including investors, board members, and partners. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure technology compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2). Identify and mitigate technical risks and vulnerabilities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role. Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, and product development. Experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, microservices, APIs, DevOps tools). Track record of scaling technology teams and systems in a growth-stage company. Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management. Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex tech topics to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Preferred Attributes: Experience in [industry domain, e.g., fintech, healthtech, SaaS].
