Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / IT Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or IT Consultant to oversee and manage our in-house IT department within a non-IT organization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring that technology infrastructure, systems, and digital solutions align with the company's operational goals, data security needs, and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, design, and implement IT strategies that support company goals and improve operational efficiency.

Manage and mentor the internal IT team, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations across all departments.

Assess current IT infrastructure, identify gaps, and recommend upgrades, integrations, or process improvements.

Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and relationships with technology providers and service partners.

Ensure cybersecurity measures, data protection compliance, and system integrity standards are consistently maintained.

Develop IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.

Drive digital transformation initiatives such as automation, ERP implementation, or data analytics solutions.

Collaborate with management to forecast IT budgets, capital expenditures, and technology roadmaps.

Provide technology consultation to leadership for business process optimization and new system adoption.

Monitor emerging technologies and trends relevant to the organization's industry to identify potential innovations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience managing IT operations, preferably in a diversified or non-IT industry.

Strong experience in IT infrastructure management, system integration, and cybersecurity.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional IT teams.

Sound understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology strategy with organizational goals.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in ERP, CRM, and business automation systems will be an advantage.

Ability to translate technical language into business value.

Hands-on knowledge of cloud solutions, data management, and digital transformation methodologies.

Prior experience as an external consultant or in managing outsourced IT services is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
