Technology Development & Innovation:
Direct the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions and products.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of platforms and applications.
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to integrate advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, or automation.
Drive innovation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Infrastructure & Security:
Oversee IT infrastructure management, including cloud, servers, networks, and enterprise systems.
Establish robust cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks.
Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Partner with vendors, technology partners, and consultants for effective solution implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Technical Expertise:
Strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, and system architecture.
Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise-grade applications.
Leadership Skills:
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing tech teams.
