The CTO will define and lead the company's overall technology strategy, ensure high-quality product development, and drive continuous innovation. This role includes managing the tech team, overseeing software architecture, and ensuring that all technology initiatives support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap.
Oversee full-cycle software development, deployment, and maintenance.
Lead, guide, and mentor engineering, development, and IT teams.
Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
Identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies to improve product efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams for technological enhancements.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Manage technology budgets, resources, and external vendor partnerships.
Ensure adherence to data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, cloud services, and system architecture.
Proven experience managing technology teams and delivering large-scale projects.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS products, enterprise applications, or AI/ML technologies.
Strong strategic thinking with an understanding of business operations.
