We are looking for a technically strong and team-oriented

CTO (Chief Technology officer)

to lead our development efforts and tech strategy. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years and above of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, with strong expertise in Laravel and React, and a proven ability to manage and lead development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the tech team, assigning tasks and ensuring project delivery. Design and build scalable web applications using Laravel, react and modern stacks. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with other departments to align technology with business goals. Explore and introduce new tools and technologies as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong Laravel and React expertise. Proven experience managing and assigning tasks to developers. Solid understanding of databases, front-end frameworks, and APIs. Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
