Key Responsibilities: Technology & Architecture
Define and oversee the company's
technical architecture and development standards
Provide technical leadership in
WordPress, Laravel, React-based projects
Review code quality, security, scalability, and performance
Guide teams on best practices, tools, and frameworks
Project & Delivery Management
Take complete ownership of
project delivery from requirement to deployment
Understand client requirements and convert them into
clear technical specifications
Break down projects into
modules, tasks, and milestones
Prepare
accurate project estimations
(time, cost, resources)
Monitor project progress using
Jira or other project management tools
Ensure delivery within
budget, timeline, and scope
Client Interaction & Pre-Sales Support
Participate in
client meetings, requirement discussions, and technical consultations
Support pre-sales by providing
technical feasibility, effort estimation, and solution design
Handle escalations and ensure
client satisfaction
Team Leadership & Mentoring
