About the Role

We're looking for a

Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

-- a

passion-driven creator

who wants to

build a brand, a movement, and a company from the ground up.

This is

not a salaried job

, but an

equity-based co-founder opportunity

for someone who believes in building for impact and ownership.

Responsibilities

Architect and

build the MVP (0 ? 1)

stage of Uniova. Lead all technology decisions -- architecture, stack, and scalability. Build and lead a

world-class tech team

post-seed funding. Collaborate closely with founders to shape

product strategy and innovation

. Contribute to defining the

brand and technical culture

of Uniova.

Requirements

Strong experience in

full-stack and/or mobile app development

(React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, or React Native). Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / GCP). Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for

building and scaling products

. Leadership skills and ability to inspire future team members. Prior startup, hackathon, or MVP-building experience is a plus.
