Job Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive responsible for defining and

executing the organization's technology vision. The CTO ensures that technological

resources align with business goals, drives innovation, and oversees IT infrastructure,

product development, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

? Identify and adopt emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

? Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap aligned with business

objectives

? Supervise software development, engineering, and R&D activities.

? IT Infrastructure Management Should be done with accuracy along with scalability,

efficiency, and security of systems and networks.

? Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

? Establish, nurture, and strengthen high-capacity technical teams

? Deliver the strategic technology initiatives within defined timelines.

? Introduce at least one major innovation or improvement annually.

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information

Technology, or related field.

o Master's degree (MBA, MTech, or equivalent) preferred for strategic and

leadership skills.

Experience:

o 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with proven success in managing

large teams and projects.

Technical Expertise:

o Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud

computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Leadership & Business Acumen:

o Ability to align technology with business goals, manage budgets, and

communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per month
