Chief Product & Tech Officer (CPTO) Bangalore (on-site only) | Team: 10 (->18) | Reports to Founder

About company the AI ad engine powering thousands of performance marketers daily. From copy to creatives to campaign testing--we help brands move faster than their agencies. We've been profitable since Day 1, backed by leaders from Google, Meta, and Kae Capital, and scaled from 5 ? 30 FTEs in 6 months.

Now we need a CPTO who can lead product + tech like a founder, not a manager. What You'll Own

? Full-stack product & tech leadership--from roadmap to rollout

? Hands-on execution across UX, backend infra, and AI systems

? Lead a team of 10+ (engineering, product, AI)

? Own quality, scale, and velocity--no shortcuts, no BS You're Probably This Person:

? Scaled SaaS or AI products from 1?10

? Built or led teams in martech, adtech, or visual AI tools

? Still wireframe, debug, or prototype when needed

? Obsess over user experience and infra stability

? Hate decks. Love commits. Live in Notion, Linear, Figma
