Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

to lead our technology strategy and development team.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals. Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of web and digital solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure innovation and competitiveness. Oversee system architecture, product development, and project management. Collaborate with management to align technology with overall company vision. Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization. Build and manage a strong technology team.

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven experience as a

CTO, Senior Web Developer, or Technology Head

for at least

3+ years

. Strong knowledge of

web development technologies

: PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, JavaScript (ReactJS/Angular/Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap. Expertise in

database management

: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, etc.). Knowledge of

REST APIs, integrations, and scalable system architecture

. Familiarity with

DevOps practices, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies

. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage technology budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a CTO or similar technology leadership role. Candidates from

Howrah and Hooghly locations only

will be considered.

Salary

Salary will depend on

experience and last drawn CTC

.
