We work with global clients, primarily in the U.S., providing design-to-manufacturing solutions including drafting, engineering, CNC automation, software implementation, and digital fabrication workflows.
As we scale, we are looking for a strong leader to take ownership of the company's operational, technical, and strategic direction.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead and manage our Engineering team, IT operations, sales & marketing initiatives, and technology roadmap. This role will take over key responsibilities from the Founder and play a central role in scaling the company, improving systems, developing new capabilities, and strengthening global client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have technical depth, leadership experience, industry understanding, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the company's technical and operational strategy.
Lead engineering, IT, sales, and marketing teams toward company goals.
Support business expansion into new markets, technologies, and service lines.
Work closely with the founder and leadership team on long-term planning and transformation.
Engineering & Production Oversight
Oversee engineering delivery, performance, quality, and process optimization.
Implement best practices, workflows, and automation for scalability.
Ensure timely, accurate delivery of drafting, engineering, CNC programming, and software implementation services.
Technology & IT Management
Oversee IT infrastructure, software deployment, cybersecurity, and cloud systems.
Lead innovation in automation, digital manufacturing, AI/ML adoption, and integration with industry platforms.
Sales & Marketing Support
Work with the sales team to refine service offerings, proposals, and pricing strategies.
Develop marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and global presence.
Participate in major business discussions with key clients in India and overseas.
Team Building & Development
Mentor, train, and grow the engineering, IT, and sales teams.
Build a performance-driven culture based on accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
8-15+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, CAD/CAM engineering, or the woodworking industry.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of industry software (Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or CNC automation--preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
