Job Brief:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology function from the ground up. This is a core leadership role where you'll architect our end-to-end platform, recruit and mentor the tech team, and shape the future of infrastructure-tech.

Responsibilities

Product Architecture: Design scalable front-end and back-end architecture for web and mobile Tech Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance engineering team Advanced Technologies: Integrate AI and blockchain to power data-driven, secure solutions Partnerships: Collaborate with and onboard external technology partners to co-develop innovative tools Strategic Alignment: Work closely with product, business, and operations to align tech with business growth
We are looking for

Proven experience in full-stack product development and cloud infrastructure Strong architectural and system design capabilities Exposure to building and scaling platforms using AI/ML and blockchain technologies Prior experience in leadership or founding tech roles at startups or fast-growing companies Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and partners
