Role & Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and drive the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals and product vision (3-5 years).
Cloud Migration & Architecture:
Lead migration from on-prem systems to a scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS architecture.
Scalability & Reliability:
Build systems capable of handling 10x growth in transactions, users, and data while maintaining ?99.9% uptime.
Engineering Excellence:
Build and mature a high-performance, metrics-driven engineering organization.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with the CPO and business teams to align technical direction with product and customer requirements.
Quality & Performance:
Reduce production issues, improve platform latency, and enhance overall customer experience.
Talent Development:
Mentor and grow engineering managers, architects, and senior developers.
