Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Qualification: Master's degree in computer science or related field.
We're hiring a Chief Technology Officer for a client - a system integrator and turnkey tech provider to Indian government programs, to set the technology vision and lead end-to-end delivery of large e-governance platforms.
As the CTO, your responsibilities would be:

• Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the tech vision aligned with business goals.

• Technical Leadership: Lead R&D and IT teams, owning end-to-end technology delivery.

• Development & Deployment: Plan and execute timelines for all tech builds and roll outs.

• Executive & Mentorship: Make key tech decisions and mentor cross-functional teams.

• Market & Budget: Deliver consumer-centric tech solutions while managing timelines and budgets.

• Compliance & Trends: Ensure regulatory compliance and stay ahead of emerging tech trends.

Requirements

• Technical Acumen: Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and advanced tech stacks.

• Project Management: Proven track record in end-to-end product development and e-Governance project implementation.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on in Full Stack & MEAN Stack (Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, Big Data, Blockchain); strong in code review.

• DevOps & Cloud: Proficient in DevOps (Kafka, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure management.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong people leadership, delegation, and clear communication skills.

• Industry Insight: Broad domain expertise with a future-focused mindset.
