startup for the Retail Industry, used by

850+ retailers globally.

This is a role for a hands-on technology leader who can balance near-term delivery velocity with long-term vision -- partnering closely with the CPO to make the product roadmap future-ready.

What You Will Deliver-

Cloud-Native Platform Execution:

Lead the migration of on-prem customers to a single, scalable, multi-tenant cloud architecture.

Scalability for Growth:

Design infrastructure and architecture that can handle 10x scale in users, data, and transactions.

Technology Roadmap:

Forward-looking architecture roadmap that aligns with the 3-5 year product vision -- including API ecosystem, integrations, and data/AI capabilities.

Reliability & Quality:

Reduce production issues, improve platform stability -- success measured by uptime, latency, and customer experience.

Tech Organization Maturity:

Build, structure, and mentor the technology team into a high-velocity, metrics-driven organisation.

Candidate Profile-

A hands-on

CTO with 12+ years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.

Built and led large engineering teams, architected complex cloud systems, and delivered business impact through technology. Focused on speed, quality, and can build high performance teams.
