Leading and mentoring a talented team of web developers and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

. Designing and guiding overall system architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and maintainability across platforms.

Defining and enforcing secure coding standards and best practices, ensuring strong code security, access control, data protection, and vulnerability management across all applications.

. Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust software solutions aligned with industry best practices.

.Establishing and maintaining strong cybersecurity frameworks, including application security, infrastructure security, and compliance standards.

.Acting as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership on all technology-related matters.

Technical Skills & Technology Expertise:

Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of MERN Stack technologies:

MongoDB Express.js React.js Node.js Working knowledge and architectural oversight of .NET technologies and related frameworks. Proven experience in system design, including high-level architecture, database design, API design, and scalable application frameworks. Strong understanding of secure application development, including authentication, authorization, encryption, secure APIs, and protection against common vulnerabilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
