Chief Technical Officer Pharma (15 25 Yrs)
Job Description
- Will Head end to end manufacturing/Technical & EHS operations of all manufacturing plants located at various places in India.
( as on today : one formulation unit and 2 API units )
- Will have complete operation and Admin control for all three Plants and R&D Centre.
- Will closely work with R&D/Tech - Transfer/Marketing Teams for existing as well as New Products in API & Formulation (Interface between Mfg , R&D and Marketing)
- Mainly EHS, Compliance, Quality of products, process & people , on time delivery of quality products & services will be the responsibilities of CTO.
- Will be involved in ongoing expansion and New Projects. He shall ensure on-time completions of the projects.
- Will be one point of contact for Management / Board, for all Technical Matters / International Audit, etc.
- Will be one point of contact for supply of API / Formulation on time to Domestic & International Sales & Marketing on time to achieve business Targets.
- Should ensure strict adherence to GMP and other statutory guidelines
- Will ensure smooth functioning of all departments at factories and take care of employees satisfaction, harmonious relationship and effective man-management.
- Will be responsible for all factories P&L and cost Effective Management of all Plant Locations and R&D
