Pathika Metals Pvt. Ltd., subsidiary of marysadan projects established in 2019 and based in Kerala, is engaged in the metals and minerals sector with a focus on mining and resource extraction. As part of its growth and innovation strategy, the company is in the process of establishing a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) department to enhance its mining operations. This initiative aims to drive advancements in exploration techniques, improve extraction efficiency, ensure environmental sustainability, and promote safer mining practices. Director of R&D / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Education: PhD / M.Tech in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Mineral Processing.

Experience:

5 plus years in mining/metallurgy R&D or industry operations.

Proven record of innovation, patents, or leading R&D projects.

Skills:

Strategic vision, leadership, ability to connect R&D with business.

Experience with government clearances, funding, and industry collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹105,000.00 per month
