Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, customers, vehicles, property, and assets within the Nippon Toyota premises. The role involves supervising security personnel, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing security policies, and coordinating with management and law enforcement when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of all security staff at the dealership and service centers. Ensure proper guarding and patrolling of all entry and exit points, parking areas, and restricted zones. Oversee CCTV operations and regularly review footage for any suspicious activities. Maintain records of visitor entry, vehicle movement, and staff attendance at security gates. Conduct regular inspections of security systems, fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits. Prepare daily and monthly security reports and submit them to the Admin or General Manager. Manage shift scheduling, discipline, and training for security personnel. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and coordinate with local authorities if required. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols as per company and regulatory standards. Conduct investigations in case of theft, accident, or any security breach. Support event management and VIP visits by ensuring enhanced security arrangements.

Preferred Background:

Ex-Serviceman or candidate with experience in industrial / corporate security.
