Chief Security Officer (CSO)

to lead and oversee all security-related operations at Bangalore International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Security Management System (SecMS) Ensure full compliance with national and international aviation security regulations and standards (BCAS, DGCA, ICAO, IATA, Customs Authorities) Oversee all security operations and services across the station Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities (BCAS, Customs, CISF, local police, airport authorities) Support and coordinate security audits, inspections, mock drills and emergency exercises Develop, maintain and secure approval of security programs and procedures Promote security awareness and manage Airport Entry Permit (AEP) processes Support operations and passengers during disrupted or delayed flight services Safeguard company assets through effective site security measures

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Graduation degree Valid

Basic AVSEC, Screeners & Auditors Course Certification

10+ years of experience

in aviation security Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and compliance requirements

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Physical fitness and ability to perform under pressure Leadership mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
