Hiring: Security Head / Chief Security Officer (CSO) - Steel Plant | Tilda Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 24x7 plant security, CCTV monitoring & vigilance.
Control entry/exit of men, vehicles, materials & finished goods.
Prevent theft, pilferage, trespassing & ensure discipline.
Manage security guards, supervisors & duty rosters.
Coordinate with local police, fire & district authorities.
Candidate Profile:
Ex-Army/Paramilitary/Police preferred.
10+ years of industrial/plant security experience.
Strong leadership, crisis management & investigation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
