1.To be responsible for the planning and construction with strong technical expertise of Formulation Research technology platform pertaining to oral solid dosage form. 2.High experienced skills on Project Management, Portfolio Management & Leadership skills. 3.Involve in Department budget planing and costing. 4.Able to lead and guide team of researchers more than 12 members for development and filing of the products at various stages. 5.Responsible for Design and FR&D plans for pharmaceutical formulation, especially high-end Generics formulation projects (IR, MR and novel technologies but not limited to), developed in accordance with the requirements of QbD ICH requirements. 6.Well efficient in scale up ( Technology Transfer) and post approval changes for regulated market with execution with quality consciousness and speed. 7.Well efficient and good understanding about regulatory requirements and documentation systems pertaining: preparation and review of R&D documents like Master formula records for Technology Transfer dossier preparation and product development report for product filing with regulatory agencies. 8.Guiding the team for QbD based product development, risk evaluation and mitigation strategies, review of submission batch documents, QbR / QoS preparation for regulatory submission, timely responses to CMC & Bio deficiencies/queries received from regulatory agencies on filed products. 9.Responsible for the setting of departmental SOP, training of technical personnel of Formulation field (pharmaceutical formulation direction). 10.Trouble shooting activities of ongoing commercial products at production shop floor and provide inputs to the technology transfer.
