Ensure targeted growth in Business through the sales & business development strategies of respective UFC in line with broader regional / corporate directive.
Responsible for managing UFC administration, coordinating & monitoring activities assigned for the UFC in addition to increasing sales/ AUM of the UFC.
Responsible for to develop & grow Key accounts i.e., large IFAsmapped to the UFC and in area under purview of the UFC.
Key Responsibility Areas:-
Ensure growth of business and surpassing periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized/IFAs empaneled/new investor acquired.
Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.
Motivating, coaching, training, and managing the sales force.
Devising strategy for future based on the regional typicality of the UFC location.
Maintaining good relationships with institutions in co-ordination with the institutional marketing team members.
Maintaining good relationship with the HNIs and Non-individual distributors.
Conducting investor's meet, agents meeting and organizing participation in Finance fairs etc.
Conducting necessary training/knowledge transfer sessions for the agents to keep them updated on the market and product front.
Ensuring timely collection of funds and efficient usage of UFC Infrastructure.
Ensure compliance of UFC operating norms as dictated by local government / corporate office.
Help UFC relationship Managers layout quarterly performance aspirations for each ARN and track actual against expectations.
Nurture, motivate & guide RMs to deliver against targets / plans.
Ensure promptness of service requests and complaints through coordination with investor services, karvy teams / assistants.
Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.
Demonstrates Leadership and takes active interest in the development of the tea.
Candidates Profile :- Experience :- 10 - 15 Years of relevant Exp. Qualification :- Postgraduate, NISM 5A Certificate is Mandatory.
AMC Background is a must.
Team Lead experience is required. Should be handling a team of at least 5-6 Relationship Managers -Asset management/Mutual Funds
