Key Responsibilities




Drive BTL activation sales across Delhi NCR, targeting large and mid-sized corporates.


Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities with key clients, especially in the automotive and consumer durables industries.


Develop and maintain strategic relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers and sell BTL activation as a service,


Conceptualize, plan, and propose innovative activation campaigns aligned with client objectives.


Should have good connects with Large media agency and with corporates.


Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to offer proactive solutions.


Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall regional P&L.

Candidate Profile




Experience: 7 to 12 years in media sales, BTL/event activation, or experiential marketing.


Industry Background: Preferably from media agencies, event companies, or activation firms.


Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing key accounts.


Strong network of clients in Automobile and Consumer Durables segments.


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


A proactive, target-driven leader who can work independently and in teams.
