Job Title: Chief Sales Head Media (Audiowala Bus Stand & BTL Activations)Location: DelhiDepartment: Media SalesKey Responsibilities:- Lead the media sales offering for Vrittis flagship offerings: Audiowala Bus Stand audio network and BTL activation services and generate revenue for the company, Achive the given sales target- Strategically identify, target, and onboard new BFSI clients, FMCG, Automobile and Consumer Deliverables.- Develop a national sales strategy with a strong focus on rural and semi-urban market penetration.- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact campaigns.- Connect with Media agency and Direct clients.- Own end-to-end client relationships from pitch to negotiation, execution, and renewal.- Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to improve offerings and go-to-market strategy.- Report directly to the Director/Managing Director with revenue forecasting and sales analytics.Candidate Requirements:- 7 TO 12 years of experience in media sales, BTL activations, or rural marketing preferably with exposure to BFSI and Automobile sector, Should have Strong orientation towards Sales and new Business Development.- Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban consumer behavior and the media landscape.- Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets and managing key accounts.- Experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.What We Offer:Leadership role in a high-impact, growing media business.Competitive compensation with performance incentives.Opportunity to shape how BFSI brands engage Indias next billion consumers.Dynamic and entrepreneurial work culture (ref:updazz.com)
