Ensure implementation of Approved safety management Plan and monitor all activities including non-compliances by execution team and report to Project Director.


Ensure corrective measures are implemented and risks/safety hazard are prevented.


Responsible for carrying out safety audit and recommend measures to improve safety on Site.


Responsible for implementing safety engineering "best practice" and current policies, standards and/or guidelines relating to Rail /large infrastructure project construction in India/International Projects


Development & implementation of Project specific EHS Plan, Tunnel safety plan, Emergency Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Environment management Plan, Waste Management plan, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment register, Monitoring of legal compliances and ensuring the update of legal resister in case of any changes.


Ensure ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation and its related documentation at project for all activities.


Ensuring environmental monitoring to mitigate the environmental hazards which may occur or likely to be occurred due to construction activities and suggest corrective action to the concern section in-charge.


Ensuring monthly submission of MIS to corporate EHS head and project director.
