The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead our India business operations and drive revenue growth across the region. This key leadership position will be responsible for the complete P&L of our India business, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and establishing strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.Key Responsibilities- Own P&L for client's India business with accountability for revenue targets and profitability- Drive customer retention through account management, renewals, upsell and cross-selling- Establish strategic relationships with cloud partners for joint go-to-market initiatives- Implement effective pipeline management for predictable revenue growth- Lead complex enterprise deals from engagement to closure- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with revenue objectivesQualifications- 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in SaaS/Cloud services- Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystem and partner relationships- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and FinOps principles- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams- Experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles and negotiations- Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical capabilities and business acumen- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredLocation : Noida, India (with travel requirements) (ref:updazz.com)
