tay abreast of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering projects. Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements to maintain project integrity and safety. P

erformance Evaluation: E

stablish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department wise to measure project performance and track progress over time. Analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. T
