Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.
Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.
Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Quality Assurance Expert (Civil) is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Establish, implement, and continually improve the project's Quality Management System in accordance with national/international standards and client requirements.
  • Quality Planning: Develop and maintain project-specific quality assurance plans, inspection & test plans, and related procedures for all construction and system activities.
  • Supervision and Auditing: Lead quality audits and inspections across all project phases, verifying compliance with approved designs, material specifications, and construction practices.
  • Document Review: Review and approve construction drawings, material approvals, method statements, and test reports for compliance with quality standards.
  • Contractor Oversight: Monitor and guide contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure all works and deliveries meet contractual quality requirements.
  • Non-conformance Management: Identify, report, and manage non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective and preventive actions, and verify closure.
  • Testing and Certification: Oversee quality testing of materials and systems, ensuring timely certification and acceptance in coordination with laboratories and third-party inspectors.
  • Training and Awareness: Organize and deliver quality-related training programs for project staff and contractors to promote awareness and compliance.
  • Reporting: Prepare quality assurance progress reports, audit findings, trend analyses, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and lessons learned to elevate the project's quality culture.
  • Client and Stakeholder Interface: Act as primary quality assurance contact for clients, authorities, and independent engineers, addressing queries and facilitating inspections.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to quality, ensuring timely intervention and resolution.
Profile/Skills:
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • minimum 20 years of experience in railways or railway related industry.
  • minimum 5 years' experience in urban rail based passenger carrying system
