Qualification : B.E (Civil) /Any Degree and MBA/Post Graduate from Tier 1/ B schools / Premiere institutes

Location : Metro

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate

JOB Profile :

- Responsible for the overall Operation Strategy,Project Controls & planning, Project Feasibility, Cost Control, Budgeting, Monitoring, P&L, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up,of projects assigned.

- Maintain quality & timelines of projects.

- Responsible for the overall functioning of projects assigned. Maintain quality & timelines of projects.

- Acquire information on current and upcoming projects. Understand project specifics, scope and project deliverables.

- Track project status and analyze reports.

- Guide team members for preparation of project launch & review meetings.

- Allocate responsibilities & ensure productivity.

- Monitor & verify project schedules, obtain approvals regularly from top management. Control change of baseline for projects.

- Monitor reasons for delay and follow timeliness in coordination with project heads.

- Analyze critical issue reports and update the management. Suggest inputs for minimizing issues & criticalities.

- Coordinate with various levels of management & HODs for smooth functioning of department.

- Attend and resolve issues related to reports generated.

- Manage a team of planning engineers.

Candidate Profile :

- 20+ years experience preferably in Operation Strategy, Construction, Monitoring and Planning from Real Estate, Contracting and PMC companies. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

- Having strong exposure in Planning from Real Estate, Infrastructure, Contracting and PMC companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.
