Job Overview
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will be responsible for defining and driving the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Newage. The role requires deep expertise in logistics technology, strong leadership, and the ability to align product development with business goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Define the

Drive

Product Development & Roadmap Execution
Lead the
end-to-end product lifecycle
from ideation to launch.
Define and prioritize the
product roadmap
based on business impact and market research.
Ensure seamless integration of
automation, and digital transformation
in product offerings.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with
engineering, sales, marketing, and operations
to align product goals.
Build and manage a high-performing
product management team

Act as the bridge between
customers, technology teams, product managers and business stakeholders
.
Customer & Market Insights
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes
in logistics.
Collaborate with clients and partners to incorporate their feedback into product development.
Go-to-Market & Business Impact
Partner with
sales and marketing teams
to develop strong go-to-market strategies.
Monitor
key product performance metrics

Key Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience
in product management, with at least
5+ years in a leadership role
.
Proven experience in
software product development for logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
.
Strong expertise in
SaaS, cloud solutions, AI, and automation technologies
for logistics.
Deep understanding of
logistics operations, freight management, and supply chain optimization
.
Hands-on experience with
Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and UX/UI best practices
.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
