Job Summary:

The Chief Process Officer (CPO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for embedding a process-oriented mindset across the organisation. The CPO aligns company strategy with process management, ensures operational consistency, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Strategy & Alignment:

Develop and implement process strategies aligned with overall company goals. Promote process-oriented thinking across all levels of the organization.

Process Design & Improvement:

Map, document, and standardize processes across functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Operational Oversight & Integration:

Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure processes are followed consistently. Support the COO in translating strategic goals into operational workflows.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track KPIs and process metrics to assess efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Present actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.

Training & Change Management:

Conduct process training sessions for teams to embed best practices. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. 3-8 years of experience in process management, operations, or strategic roles, preferably in retail or jewellery sector. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and change management abilities. Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio) and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
