We are looking for a seasoned

C-suite HR leader

to join our leadership team as

Chief People Officer

. This role will drive the organization's people strategy aligned with business goals and oversee all HR functions including talent management, culture building, compliance, and workforce planning.

Experience Required:

? Minimum

12+ years

in Human Resources
? Current or previous

C-suite / senior leadership

experience
? Strong expertise across all HR functions
? Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
