Role Overview:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for providing leadership, management and strategic vision for the Group\'s Real Estate Division. The individual will work closely with the executive team and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful conceptualization, designing, planning, and execution of Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities across Pune and India, from Residential to Commercial, Warehousing to IT Parks, and everything in between.

- Conceptualize, design, and plan projects based on market research and future trends. Think of yourself as the Leonardo da Vinci of real estate.

- Seek partnerships with external prospects for exciting joint ventures and developments.

- Build a dream team of internal and external sales experts to market our client\'s projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, with a keen eye for scope, timelines, and resource needs.

- Identify project milestones and deliverables. Your job is to keep everything on track.

- Structure partnership deals with potential joint venture partners, covering everything from financial terms to marketing strategies. You\'re the deal-making guru.

- Work closely with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize agreements. Your attention to detail will be your superpower.

- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle and turn it into a profit center.

- Coordinate with all the internal and external experts - from marketing to construction to legal - to bring your vision to life.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project cash flow and profitability. You\'re the financial wizard here.

- Plan, manage, and meet P&L targets, including project budgets, marketing and sales revenues, and cash flow.

Key Skills:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.

- Leadership in market research, marketing, sales, relationship building, and negotiation.

- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and joint venture negotiations.

- Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills. You can turn any deal into gold.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can make friends and deals anywhere.

- Experience in working with owner-driven organizations and managing teams.

- Legal and financial acumen related to joint venture agreements.
