Hiring for our hospitality client Chief Operating Officer (COO - Hospitality & Cloud Kitchens)
Location: Mumbai
CTC Range: ?40-50 lakhs per annum
Experience Required: 18+ years of leadership experience across hospitality, restaurant, or F&B sectors.
Role Overview
The COO will be responsible for operational performance, scalability, and strategic growth across the group's hotel and restaurant chains (Bayroute, Hitchki, and Cloud Kitchens).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth across multiple brands and formats.
Lead expansion strategy for new hotel and cloud kitchen projects.
Create operational SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards for all units.
Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, cost management, and profitability improvement.
Mentor leadership teams across hotels, restaurants, and kitchens for alignment and delivery.
Represent the group in strategic alliances and investor discussions.
