An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have an MBA with 10-15 years from Hotel Industry in Operational Oversight, Team Management, Performance management and P&L, Strategic Leadership, Process Improvement etc.
Key Competencies:

• A COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Peerless Hotels would oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel group, ensure smooth functioning and achieving organizational goals. This involves implementing strategies, managing teams, and improving efficiency while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute operational strategies, driving growth and profitability.
• Supervise all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and property maintenance.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team of hotel managers, ensuring their development and performance.
• Set performance goals, monitor key metrics, and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to operations.
• Represent the hotel group in external communications and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
