ROLE OVERVIEW:

DailyTrades.in is an execution-heavy fintech platform. We are looking for a hands-on COO who can also manage People Operations.This is not a corporate role. This role exists to free the founder from daily operations and ensure smooth execution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - COO :

1. Daily Operations

- Manage Advisor onboarding and coordination and research publishing

- Client escalation handling

2. Team Execution

- Run daily stand-ups

- Weekly reporting & follow-ups

- Enforce accountability and ownership

3. Process & SOPs

- Create SOPs for research, alerts, payments, support

- Build scalable internal systems

4. Founder Support

Convert founder ideas into execution plans Own weekly priorities and outcomes Business runs independently

IDEAL PROFILE:

2-5 years of startup / fintech / ops experience Managed 10-15 member teams Strong execution & follow-ups Comfortable with ambiguity

Not suitable:

Corporate-only MBA profiles Strategy-only roles

COMPENSATION:

Fixed: ₹40,000 - ?45,000 per month Performance bonus ESOP: 1% - 3% (vesting 3-4 years) Mandatory 30-day trial period
