Your role is to ensure that every day runs smoothly --
transport, attendance, discipline, communication, admin, safety, staff coordination -- without the Founder needing to intervene.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all campuses
Manage Principals, Coordinators, Admin Teams, and Support Staff
Ensure smooth functioning of transport, admin, safety, maintenance, and discipline
Implement and enforce operational SOPs
Conduct daily/weekly reviews with campus teams
Resolve parent escalations with professionalism
Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and discipline
Ensure timely communication between staff, parents, and leadership
Coordinate substitute teachers and daily timetables
Track operational data and prepare weekly reports
Drive adoption of the School Insights system (attendance, academics, communication)
Skills & Experience Required
8-15 years of experience in school operations OR multi-site operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and conflict management ability
Highly organized, disciplined, and process-driven
Experience handling parent communication & staff coordination
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
