Manufacturing and supply chainA COO ensures the entire production process is efficient, ethical, and aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.

Ethical sourcing:

The COO manages vendor relationships and the sourcing of precious metals, gemstones, and other materials. For high-end brands, ensuring sustainability, ethical sourcing, and transparency builds consumer trust and loyalty.
