smart, confident, and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO)

with a strong background in

Salon Management and Salon Artistry

. The ideal candidate will combine operational leadership with hands-on salon expertise to manage teams, enhance client experiences, and drive business growth.

Female candidates with salon management & artistry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations & ensure premium service standards Manage salon artists, staff, vendors, and client relations Supervise and guide salon artists to maintain high-quality services Implement business growth strategies & marketing initiatives Ensure smooth workflow, discipline, and customer satisfaction Report directly to top management

Requirements

Salon Industry experience (Salon Artist + Management background mandatory)

Excellent client-handling & communication skills Fluency in English Well-groomed, professional appearance with a

pleasing personality

Female Candidates:

Minimum height

5'7"

preferred Strong knowledge of

Social Media Marketing (online & offline)

Proven leadership & team management skills
