Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Operations Management



Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the hospital's vision and business goals. Oversee daily operations across all departments - clinical, nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, front office, finance, and HR. Monitor patient journey from inquiry to discharge to ensure seamless service and satisfaction. Drive process standardization, SOP implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Business Growth & Revenue Optimization



Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Heads to achieve monthly and annual patient and revenue targets. Analyze revenue streams (IVF, OPD, IPD, pharmacy, lab, etc.) and identify opportunities for growth. Review conversion ratios, lead pipelines, and occupancy rates to improve performance. Initiate new service lines, outreach clinics, and value-added programs to expand market share.

3. Financial & Cost Control



Work closely with the Finance Controller to monitor budgets, P&L, and cost optimization plans. Control overheads, manage vendor contracts, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Approve and monitor capital expenditure and ensure ROI on hospital investments.

4. Quality, Compliance & Accreditation



Ensure adherence to NABH, ICMR, and other regulatory standards applicable to IVF and Gynecology hospitals. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Implement patient safety and infection control protocols.

5. Patient Experience & Service Excellence



Ensure exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints - inquiry, counseling, treatment, and discharge. Monitor feedback mechanisms and implement action plans for service improvement. Align patient care processes with organizational values and empathy-driven service delivery.

6. Coordination with Clinical Leadership



Collaborate with the Medical Director, Consultants, and Nursing Heads for clinical efficiency and operational support. Facilitate scheduling, resource allocation, and clinical workflow optimization. Address inter-departmental coordination challenges proactively.

7. Data, Technology & MIS Reporting



Develop and track performance dashboards - revenue, patient flow, departmental KPIs. Ensure accurate and timely MIS submission to management.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
