Job Description

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, operational, and support functions of the hospital. The role ensures smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments, efficient patient flow, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in patient experience and hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Hospital Operations & Administration

Manage daily operations of the hospital including OP, IP, OT, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Support Services. Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to discharge. Supervise housekeeping, security, biomedical, and facility management. Develop and implement SOPs for all departments to maintain service quality. Coordinate with the nursing superintendent and medical team to resolve operational issues.

Patient Care & Experience

Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address grievances promptly. Ensure proper counseling and patient communication by PRO/Front office teams. Implement systems to minimize patient waiting times and enhance care delivery.

Finance & Billing Oversight

Ensure accuracy in billing and revenue cycle management. Monitor OP/IP revenue reports and optimize resource utilization. Support the accounts team in cost control and vendor management.

Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations. Monitor infection control practices in coordination with the medical team. Conduct regular audits for quality and safety.

Strategic & Operational Growth

Work closely with management on expansion plans and business development. Provide MIS reports to management on daily/weekly/monthly performance. Support marketing and patient acquisition strategies in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
