Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership

Work closely with the Founder & CEO to execute the company's vision and long-term goals. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Evaluate performance across functions and implement process improvements.
2. Operations & Production

Oversee production planning, supply chain management, and quality control. Ensure smooth coordination between design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams. Optimize resources, reduce lead times, and maintain high product standards.
3. Business & Financial Management

Create and manage budgets, operational KPIs, and cost-control measures. Lead pricing, vendor negotiations, and strategic partnerships. Support fundraising, financial forecasting, and investor relations (if applicable).
4. Team Leadership

Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, sales, marketing, and logistics. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence. Implement effective internal communication and employee engagement strategies.
5. Sales & Expansion

Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to enhance brand visibility and sales. Drive retail and online growth strategies in domestic and international markets. Explore opportunities for franchise, wholesale, and export expansion.

Pay: ₹22,501.10 - ₹123,502.72 per month
