Profile: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Age : 23+

? Hospitality or sports background with strong operational skills.

? Proven track record in leadership, financial oversight, and team management.

Duties:

? Good communication & people skills.

? Develop and implement SOPs across courts, wellness, cafe, and events.

? Lead hiring, training, and performance management.

? Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.

? Oversee member relations and ensure premium service delivery.

? Coordinate with marketing, events, and technology teams.

Requirements:

? 2-3 years in hospitality, sports, or fitness management. Or has worked/studied in business

management.

? Strong organizational and people management skills.

? Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

? Passion for sport, wellness, and community building.

Salary matrix: 80K (negotiable)

Location: Chattarpur Nw Delhi-47

Working Days & Hours :

? Full-time : 10 AM - 7 PM (Tues - Sunday)

? One weekly leave

? Weekend work is mandatory
