Position Overview

, bringing strong technical and financial expertise. Prior exposure to the

gems and jewellery industry

will be highly preferred. This role requires a visionary leader capable of managing diverse functions, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Oversee production, supply chain, finance, and technology functions. Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on long-term planning. Drive innovation in manufacturing, technology adoption, and financial management. Strengthen vendor, client, and stakeholder relationships. Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements. Mentor and develop senior management teams to build organizational capability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA (Finance/Operations/Strategy). Proven track record of leadership in operations management. Strong technical and financial acumen. 10+ years of progressive experience in senior management roles. Experience in the

gems and jewellery industry

is highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage complex, multi-location operations.

Open, depending upon candidate's experience and expertise.
