Job Purpose

To directly manage and streamline day-to-day manufacturing, supply chain, and branch operations. The COO will ensure cost efficiency, timely production, and customer satisfaction while building systems and teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end plant operations (production planning, maintenance, quality control, dispatch).

Implement lean practices to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

Closely monitor sales support, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.

Build and standardize processes for branch coordination, customer support, and vendor management.

Partner with Director/ Sr. VP/VP on business expansion, new product development, and CAPEX decisions.

Drive training, skill development, and performance management of shop-floor and branch teams.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant management, and supply chain.

Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.

Strong financial and business acumen.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to drive change management and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Production / Mechanical / Industrial Management.

15-20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and delivering business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
