to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for online gold and silver sales, including order processing, inventory, packaging, and dispatch Establish and streamline end-to-end SOPs for secure, tech-enabled bullion transactions Coordinate with vaulting partners, logistics providers, and precious metals suppliers to ensure timely and secure deliveries Work closely with legal and compliance teams to meet all regulatory and financial compliance (SEBI, BIS, KYC/AML, etc.) Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure platform stability, real-time pricing feeds, and smooth customer journeys Set up robust controls for risk, fraud prevention, and customer dispute resolution Build and manage the customer service function, ensuring a trustworthy and seamless buying experience Monitor key metrics (order volume, delivery time, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency) and report performance to leadership Partner with the CEO to translate business strategy into operational plans and scaling roadmaps Lead cross-functional teams, drive process automation, and optimize vendor relationships

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce, preferably in FinTech, bullion, or regulated businesses Strong exposure to customer-centric digital platforms and secure supply chains Knowledge of secure logistics and storage solutions for precious metals (e.g., Sequel, Brinks, etc.) Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, OMS, and reporting tools Proven ability to manage regulatory requirements and risk controls Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills MBA or equivalent degree preferred

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
