Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will act as the operational backbone of Right Gold, translating strategic goals into efficient and actionable systems. The role requires a dynamic leader capable of optimising processes, managing daily operations across departments, and ensuring the company runs smoothly while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily operations across all functions including sales, production, supply chain, and administration. Ensure smooth execution of company policies, processes, and standards.

Process Optimization & Systems Design:

Design, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Develop SOPs for each department ensuring consistency and accountability.

Strategic Execution:

Translate high-level strategic plans into actionable operational goals. Monitor KPIs, track progress, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Team Management & Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental heads and operational teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Vendor & Inventory Management:

Oversee supply chain, inventory management, and vendor relations. Ensure timely procurement and smooth production planning.

Financial & Performance Oversight:

Collaborate with finance team to manage budgets, cost control, and operational expenditure. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in retail or jewellery sector. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
